What we do with your details when you contact us.

When you message or call us, we get your phone number, your name if you give it, and what you tell us about your lorry and your business.

We use these details to answer you, plan the job and quote. We do not sell them, and we do not share them for anyone else’s marketing.

WhatsApp messages are carried by WhatsApp, under its own privacy policy.

If you reached this site from an ad or a tagged link, the WhatsApp message our buttons prepare ends with a short reference, such as [ref:…]. It tells us which ad or link brought you, so we know which ads are worth paying for.

You can see it before you send, and you can delete it.

Our own cookie, bd_src, remembers how you first arrived: the ad click reference, the campaign tags, the page you landed on and the site you came from. It lasts about a month. We only see it when it is part of a WhatsApp message you send us.

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads, through Google Tag Manager. They set cookies that count visits and pages viewed, and tell us whether a visit from an ad led to a WhatsApp tap or a call. Google handles this data under its own policy.

The map on our contact page comes from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

To limit personalised Google ads, use My Ad Center. To stop Google Analytics on every site, use Google’s opt-out add-on.

This website is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, it keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, to run and protect the site.

Under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you can ask to see the personal details we hold about you. You can also ask us to correct them, or to stop using them for marketing.

WhatsApp or call us on 016-913 1495, or write to SW Engineering Sdn. Bhd., 21, Jalan Apollo U5/192, Subang 2, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor.

If we change how we use your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
