Cold boxes
A cold box has one job: get your goods to the next stop in good condition. The box itself is only part of that.
Where the doors are, how the inside is laid out and how often the doors open all make a difference. So we start by asking what you carry and where it goes, then build the box to suit.

What we will ask you
Before we quote- Your goods
- Frozen or chilled, boxed or loose, and roughly how much you carry each trip.
- Your stops
- How many stops you make in a day, and how long the doors stay open at each one.
- Doors
- Doors at the back, the side or both, placed for how your team loads and unloads.
- Inside the box
- Flooring, shelves, dividers or hanging rails, depending on what you carry.
- Your lorry
- The make, model and size of your lorry, or the one you plan to buy.

How it works
Getting it built takes four simple steps.

Tell us what you carry
Send us your lorry size, what you need and what you carry on WhatsApp, or give us a call.

We plan it together
We agree the layout, doors and fittings with you. Then we send you a price and a timeline.

We build it
We build it in our workshop in Subang 2, Shah Alam.
- 4
You drive away
We fit out the inside and add your stickers if you need them. Then your lorry is ready to work.
What do you need from me to quote a cold box?
Three things to start: your lorry size (or the lorry you plan to buy), what you carry, and whether it is frozen or chilled. Send them on WhatsApp and we will take it from there.
I have not bought the lorry yet. Should I talk to you first?
It helps. Tell us which lorry you are looking at, and we can talk through the box size and layout before you buy.
How long does it take to build?
It depends on the size, the layout and how busy the workshop is at the time. We give you a timeline together with the price, so you can plan around it.
Can you change the cold box I already have?
Yes, changing existing boxes is part of what we do. Send us photos of your box and tell us what needs to change. We will tell you honestly whether changing it or building new makes more sense.
